Why does Callisburg ISD need this bond?
The Callisburg ISD Board of Trustees voted to call a $25,154,365 million bond election to be held on May 3, 2025, based on the recommendation from a volunteer group of community members consisting of parents, city leaders, and district employees.

No Tax Impact for Voters 65 and Over
For those who are 65 years or older with an approved homestead exemption, there is a property tax “ceiling” that automatically limits school taxes to the amount you paid in the year that you qualified for the homestead and the 65 or Older exemption.
